Substance Use Treatment and Support Services

Substance use treatment services at B&D Integrated Health East are designed to help individuals and families affected by substance use challenges. We provide compassionate, evidence-informed care that supports recovery, emotional wellness, and long-term stability.

Our team works with each person to create a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, structured outpatient support, medication-assisted treatment, recovery planning, and family involvement when appropriate.

Substance Use Treatment Services

At B&D Integrated Health East, our substance use treatment services support individuals who are working to reduce substance use, maintain recovery, and improve their overall quality of life. We understand that recovery is personal, and our team provides care that is respectful, supportive, and centered around each client’s goals.

Our services are designed for adults, adolescents, and families who need guidance, structure, and encouragement while navigating substance use concerns. Whether someone needs opioid treatment, intensive outpatient care, or adolescent-focused recovery support, we help connect them with the right level of care.

Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP)

The Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program provides a structured level of care for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient treatment. SAIOP helps clients address substance use patterns, develop relapse-prevention skills, strengthen coping strategies, and build a healthier foundation for recovery.

At B&D Integrated Health East, SAIOP may include group therapy, individual support, education, recovery planning, life skills development, and connection to community resources. This program helps individuals identify triggers, improve decision-making, and create a practical plan for maintaining sobriety.

SAIOP offers support while allowing clients to continue living at home and participating in work, school, or family responsibilities when appropriate.

A-CRA for Adolescents

A-CRA, or the Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach, is a recovery-focused service for adolescents experiencing substance use concerns. This approach helps young people build healthier routines, improve family and peer relationships, strengthen communication, and increase positive activities that support recovery.

At B&D Integrated Health East, A-CRA is designed to meet adolescents where they are and help them develop skills that support long-term behavioral change. Services may focus on problem-solving, emotional regulation, family involvement, goal setting, sober social supports, and healthier decision-making.

A-CRA is designed for youth with substance use concerns and focuses on reducing alcohol or drug use while supporting healthier routines and positive behavior change.
