Community Support Team (CST)

Community Support Team services provide intensive, community-based mental health and substance use support for adults with complex needs. This service is designed to help individuals remain stable in the community, reduce crisis situations, and work toward recovery goals.

At B & D Integrated Health East, our Community Support Team works closely with each client to provide coordinated care, skill-building, crisis support, treatment planning, and connection to community resources. CST may be especially helpful for adults who need more structured support than traditional outpatient services can provide.
