B & D Integrated Health Services is committed to ensuring that clients receive health services regardless of their ability to pay. To achieve this, we utilize the Sliding Fee Discount Program. As a nonprofit organization serving the community, this program is designed to remove financial barriers to care. Eligibility for the Sliding Fee Discount Program is determined by Federal Poverty Guidelines, taking into consideration household size and annual income. Dependent upon household income verification, fees for services range from $25 to $160 per visit, and both insured and uninsured individuals may apply. Additionally, due to NC DHHS CCBHC grant funding, most behavioral health services are provided at no cost for individuals with a household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. Our commitment to accessibility ensures that essential health services are available to all who need them.
